Now tuned in to the subject of food, Chayne was quick to summon two more muffins as she shoved the remnants of her own into her mouth. With half the muffin still sticking out and shaping her mouth into an 'o', Chayne offered her muffins to Yasu and James.
Yasu giggled and accepted, taking a happy bite out of her pumpkin muffin. "Delicious as always. Now where to? The rest of the day is class free."

"Thanks!" James said, taking the muffin from Chayne and biting into it enthusiastically. He really was hungry, he realized suddenly. He swallowed down his bite of muffin.
"Well, I have to go back to the locker room and change out of my Quidditch robes, but after maybe we could nip down to the kitchens? I'm starved, and while this muffin is delicious," he added to make sure he didn't offend Chayne, "I could really go for some fries or something right now."
Cael rolled his eyes, more than used to the way James thought with his stomach. "You look like you're half dressed already," he said as he raised an eyebrow. James grinned wolfishly.
"If you like it, you can help me out of the other half." he teased. Cael shook his head.
"Pitiful pickup line." he responded, taking a few steps toward the locker room off the side of the pitch.

Chayne, having heard James' desire for fries, leaned her head this way and that as she looked inside the billowing sleeve of her quidditch tryouts uniform. Curiously, she reached a hand inside before pulling out... a muffin. Furrowing her brow slightly, Chayne attempted again, but alas, it was yet another pumpkin muffin. Determined this time, Chayne shoved her entire arm down the sleeve and then ripped it out just as fast.
Pumpkin muffin.
Now with three muffins cradled in her arms, Chayne could do nothing ut narrow her eyes down at them. No fries.
Yasu patted Chayne's head in consolation as she eagerly listened to James and Cael being the best O-T-P she could ever hope for. They're adorable, she thought wickedly as she grinned and finished off the muffin Chayne had offered her. She found the pickup line to be rather smooth, painfully obvious and yet coated in elegance.
But despite his criticism, Yasu couldn't help but think Cael liked it in some manner. After all, he was walking towards the locker room. "Maybe you should wait to change out of your uniform, Chayne. Give them some space," she suggested loudly in hopes of her favorite real-life pairing hearing her.

Cael rolled his eyes, deciding not to reply. He wasn't planning to go into the locker room, but if he explained that it would ruin his surprise. He started off across the pitch, knowing James would follow behind him.
James glanced over at Yasu and Chayne, shrugging. "I don't think you need to," he said, but trailed off as he watched Cael take off for the locker room. He blinked and shrugged again, thoroughly confused. "Uh, I'm gonna...yeah," he finished lamely, following after Cael.

Yasu arched an eyebrow. Cael was not the type to actually take James up on his offer, or anything relatively close to it. So what exactly was he planning on doing? She cast a curious glance at Chayne, who's eyes were constantly flickering from their shrinking silhouettes to the three muffins she now possessed. Figuring she would do as she liked, Yasu waited a while longer before quietly following after the boys. She had to know what was going on, after all.
