Free medical services are on the way with El Tren de La Salud and Bayer México!
Health and Agriculture are the key competencies in Life Sciences that Bayer México has . The pharmaceutical industry has 150 years of experience, however, in our country it is celebrating its 100 years of commitment to the health of Mexicans. And as part of this, it has generated an alliance with Fundación Grupo México —dedicated to implementing projects in favor of vulnerable communities.
The result of such an alliance has allowed Bayer México to join Dr. Vagón, El Tren de la Salud to tour Mexico and offer free medical services. This is an initiative that was born in 2014 with the support of Ferromex —Mexico's largest carrier—to create a mobile clinic program that is responsible for bringing free medical services to the most remote and needy communities in the country.
Bayer México joins the Grupo México Foundation initiative; They will offer free medical service benefiting 120,000 people in the country.
Dr. Vagón, El Tren de la Salud , has 17 cars and an operating room where it is possible to provide laboratory and office studies, general and specialty medical consultations, and family planning. It also has a clinic specialized in comprehensive health for women and diabetic patients, and provides high-quality services in three lines of action:
